Payments using bank cards on our site are completely secure thanks to our partnership with BNP Paribas, one of the world's leading banks.

BNP Paribas provides the secure payment system Mer@net for CRISTELStore and ensures that all your bank account data is transmitted securely via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

This SSL protocol prevents the risk of hacking, because all your payment information will be encrypted — from your computer to the bank's server.

You can tell the connection is secure if the text “https” (not “http”) appears in the browser address bar and there is a locked padlock icon on the right or left side of your browser address bar.

For more information about payment methods accepted by CRISTEL, please see our Commitments page.

Phishing – Banking Data Protection

Phishing is the act of sending emails in the name of a bank or financial institution to deceive and steal confidential information, such as account passwords or credit card numbers, and then using this data to illegally withdraw funds.

In recent years, phishing techniques have also begun targeting online shopping sites. In these cases, fake emails appearing to be from legitimate online stores are sent to steal customer data and conduct fraudulent transactions.

Never click on links in suspicious or unexpected emails, especially if they ask for personal data or confidential information — even if the sender appears familiar or official.

CRISTEL will never ask for information such as customer account passwords or bank card numbers via email, postal mail, or telephone.

If you are in doubt or suspect a phishing message, please contact us immediately via email at cristelindonesia@gmail.com
