It all began in 1826, in a small factory in Fesches-le-Châtel, France, when the world's first stamped frying pan was created. At the time, this technology was a major breakthrough—making the process of making cookware more precise, robust, and efficient. Two centuries later, we rekindle that same spirit with the 1826 collection—named after that historic year, a symbol of the heritage, craftsmanship, and dedication we have maintained for nearly 200 years. Its sleek, elegant design is directly inspired by the shape of the first frying pans, created two centuries ago. This shape is designed not only for beauty but also for storage efficiency, saving space in modern kitchens.

Equipped with a three-layer heat spreader base (induction stainless steel – aluminum – 18/10 stainless steel), this pan ensures heat is distributed quickly and evenly, so that food is cooked perfectly.
The stainless steel body maintains a stable temperature during serving, while the ergonomic, heat-resistant handle provides a secure and comfortable feel. The polished steel finish on the handle adds an elegant contrast to the brushed body.
