The Strate stainless steel frying pan with removable handle is available in four sizes: 20, 24, 26, and 28 cm.

This pan is ideal for grilling or sautéing meat even without the addition of water or oil, thanks to its heat-diffusing qualities.
When the handle is removed, this pan can be used in the oven, for example to make vegetable tian.

For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, it is recommended to use the non-stick version of the Strate pan.

The Strate frying pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel which maintains the taste of food and is easy to clean after use.

This product does not include long handles and short handles that can be removed (removable handles or grips).

The product is made in France.
